Long-Term Dry Lease
For operators with defined, long-horizon requirements. Lower monthly rates reflect the extended commitment, typically 0.6%–0.85% of hull value on a 7–10 year term. The lessee is responsible for maintenance and operating costs, with full operational control of the aircraft.

Wet Lease (ACMI)
Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance — supplied by Positive Rate under our FAA AOC. The lessee provides traffic rights and pays by the block hour. The fastest route to additional capacity without the regulatory and staffing overhead of expanding your own certificate.

Positive Rate provides independent aircraft appraisal and valuation services for operators, lessors, lenders, and buyers. Our assessments are grounded in current market data, maintenance status, and configuration — not generic book values.
Desktop Appraisal
A rapid market valuation based on aircraft records, maintenance history, and current comparable transactions. Delivered within 48 hours. Suitable for financing, insurance, and preliminary transaction due diligence.
Physical Inspection Appraisal
Full on-site inspection of airframe, engines, avionics, and interior condition. Includes a detailed condition report and current market value opinion. Required for formal loan security and lease return assessments.
Lease Return & Redelivery
End-of-lease condition assessment against the redelivery conditions in the lease agreement. We document discrepancies, quantify rectification costs, and provide an independent opinion to protect both lessor and lessee.
Portfolio Valuation
